Our refund window is four (14) days from the date of purchase. If more than four (14) days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product was purchased by mistake.
  • The product was used for commercially released music, regardless of the nature of the release.
  • The request for a refund is made after the four (14) day refund window.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Your full name and contact information.
  2. Order number and date of purchase.
  3. A detailed explanation of why you are not satisfied with the product.

Our team will review your request and respond within five (5) business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund only trough bank transfer (We don't process refunds through PayPal). Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Loss of License Upon Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, you will lose all rights to use the product. You are required to delete all copies of the product from your devices and cease any use of the product in any form. Continued use of the product after a refund has been issued is a violation of our terms and may result in legal action.

This policy is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
